Do certain apps or websites restrict the usage of eSIMs?

EveryPlaceSIM allows unrestricted access to websites and apps. With an eSIM, you'll typically be able to access the apps and websites you use regularly. However, some platforms might impose restrictions that could affect your access.

How long will it take to receive my eSIM?

Once you have placed your order, your eSIM QR code will be generated and emailed instantly. You can activate it right away once you receive it to start using your service.

Can I top-up my eSIM after it expires?

At this time, you cannot top-up your eSIM purchased from us upon expiration. You will need to delete the eSIM and purchase a new one if you would like to continue using our services.

Can I use the eSIM on multiple devices?

eSIMs are designed for use with a single device and cannot be installed or reinstalled on multiple devices. Once activated on a specific device, the eSIM is permanently tied to that device and cannot be transferred. This limitation ensures the eSIM remains securely linked to the intended user and device. If you remove the eSIM from your device, whether for upgrading, troubleshooting, or other reasons, it cannot be reinstalled on the same or any other device. You would need to purchase a new eSIM to reconnect to a mobile network. Please ensure you install the eSIM only on the device you plan to use for its entire validity period.

The eSIM QR code didn't work, what can I do?

Please get in touch with us immediately if your QR Code does not work or the eSIM will not activate. The best way to do so is by sending us an email to [email protected].

I did not use my eSIM fully, can I get a refund?

Our eSIMs are fully non-refundable. If you do not use your eSIM at all, or only partially, you will not be able to get a refund for it. All sales are final once the eSIM has been received and activated.
